Knowing what furniture, furnishing and equipment (FF&E) to select, where to procure good quality, sustainable materials and how to control a finite budget while maintaining design calibre requires experience, planning, flexibility and lateral thinking. Then, we've got the builders. Confidently communicating technical information to an army of tradesmen, sometimes speaking different languages, is not an easy job. As part of the inclusive Interior Design & Project Management Service I personally look after your entire design implementation process to ensure installations adhere to specification standards. Interiors are planned, designed and coordinated under an in-house team of designers, builders and craft specialists. We take care of everything including aftercare support.

At Design & Conker Interiors we like to do things properly. This means working at your pace and within your space to develop a very personalised design plan. Our process starts with exploring your thoughts, ideas and wish list to understand what you're hoping to achieve and how we can work together to make these aspirations a reality. We discuss various aspects of the project including resources, budgets, timelines and the next steps forward so you can make the most informed and comfortable decisions. 

 As owner and designer, I take great care to uphold a trusting partnership with my clients. Their project type, property style and individual expectations are fully appreciated before progressing further. Specialised in residential interior conversions I create all design drawings, procurement specifications and photorealistic CAD images. I also work on and off site alongside builders and contractors to ensure designs are accurately installed. Sustainability is high on the agenda at Design & Conker Interiors. As such, only responsibly sourced furniture, furnishings and equipment are procured and wherever possible, existing items are upcycled to preserve and compliment your unique design.

The Interior Design & Project Management service is an effective operational system where we handle the day to day running of the project. This includes required design deviation drawings, planning permissions and technical decision making processes. To keep abreast and tight control, only a few large projects are engaged simultaneously. I am fully committed to my clients and therefore, readily available for continuous support and design advice.
